I am an experienced and professional Customer Service Representative with a quality assurance orientation. I started working in this field in or around 2016, as a customer service representative using CRM tools and KPIs. I used Slack, CSATs, Getty, Salesforce, Zoho, among others.

I am also a responsible, qualified, detail-oriented Professional Administrative and Legal Assistant who has been working in this field for almost five years now dedicating myself to professional legal interpretation and translation. I have almost one year of interpretation through phone calls and video calls and in medical brigades in Honduras. I also worked for an immigration firm located in the United States, in which my main job was affidavit specialist. I responded to calls and actively listened to clients while providing their statement of facts and basic background information in order to continue their immigration process.
