I am a dynamic and skilled individual with a strong background in marketing and referral management, as well as fluency in English, Spanish, and Creole. I am exceptional at working with customers to set up appointments, communicate effectively, and ensure accurate data entry as a Marketing Agent at Monarchy Verse. I have also been in charge of training new hires and directing them in customer service.

I coordinated patient case management and sought collaborators for NGO initiatives while employed as a Referral Coordinator at Health Horizons International prior to taking my current role. With my language abilities, I also worked as a guide, an interpreter, and a data entry manager.

I have a high school diploma from Monte Llano Night Lyceum, an English title from Creation English Institute, and I speak and write English and Spanish at an advanced level. I can also write in Creole with a basic level of ability.

I have worked on numerous social projects outside of my line of work, including starting the PCWC project and managing a sustainable housing project. I have more than 10 years of expertise in the field of medical interpretation and am also a facilitator of ethical interpretation.

Chess, reading books or blogs on money or sales, technology and health, self-development, and running are some of my favorite interests. My studies in computer sciences at UTESA College in the Dominican Republic had to come to an end, but I am a quick learner with a desire for lifelong learning and self-improvement.
