I am an experienced education expert with a specialization in digital resources for teaching, especially modern languages and over 2 years of experience in the areas of curriculum design, teaching and learning pedagogies, material design for teaching and learning, and customer services within different Bpo companies such as Majorel that is located in Barranquilla and WebHelp that is located in Medellín. All these experiences have been my former experiences as a bilingual agent.
