Hi! I'm Sara to know more about me is important to know that I have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration focusing on Hospitality and Travel companies. I'll be happy to add value and knowledge to your team, bringing new ideas and my creative solid skills to the table. I have diplomas in travel writing, customer service, management, and administration and plenty of experience in the hospitality and travel industry. I am most proud of managing and overseeing the front desk team during COVID-19 and overachieving subscriptions in the Radisson Rewards program. Furthermore, I have extensive experience in sales consulting and customer service, having exceeded sales rankings on multiple occasions and being among the top five sales leaders at my last company. In addition to my native language of Spanish, I have great proficiency in English and am also learning French and Portuguese. Aside from these, I have advanced knowledge of CRMs, sales systems, Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, and Canva, along with audio and video editing software.
