I am a senior financial operations manager that combines a legal background with experience in accounting, financial planning and analysis plus HR. Over the last decades, I have worked on helping organizations grow. I’ve worked on improving global processes and correcting Data concerns. As CFO/Controller for Citibank Costa Rica, I oversaw financial soundness and regulatory compliance working directly with all areas of the franchise. In other roles, I migrated and supervised 400+ positions into Costa Rica. For the last 14 years, I helped the Citi Shared Service Center grow in areas such as Financial Planning and Analysis, Human Resources Shared Services, Intercompany Expenses, Reengineering, Strategy & Execution. I led cross regional teams in different parts of the globe, some with over 240 people scattered throughout LATAM. I hold 2 MBA’s, one in Finance, one in Marketing. I have a postgrad degree in Commercial law. I am lawyer, notary and speak 3 languages. I love to teach and used to be a university professor.
