I have a degree in Tourism and worked for many years in that area, this helped me connect with people and understand their needs. After that, I wanted to take a turn on my career and develop my creative and technological skills, so I studied Web Design. After graduation, I specialized in UX Design and also started working with elder people giving them computer lessons. One day I had to teach an 80-year-old man how to use an ATM and that day I realized that User Experience Design would become my passion.
In my daily work, I try to understand what makes us users and how to solve issues to help all of us in order to create the best possible products.
