I am an enthusiastic person, with an open mind and accustomed to working in multicultural environments. I have studied a Tourism Degree and a Master in Hotel and Catering Business Management in Spain, my natal country.
I have worked 6 months as a receptionist and three years and a half as customer support agent, in different areas. My working experience is hybrid, since I have worked face to face and remotely.
During my time as supervisor, I had four different language markets assigned: Spanish, Danish, Swedish and Turkish. Since I have been living in a foreign country for two years, Greece, I am used to getting around in English both in my life and in my work environment.
I am currently learning French and Italian and studying Computer Science, and I am looking for a new job opportunity to develop my career.
