I am a Telecommunications Engineering graduate, specialized in Telematics. I am currently working at Abai on a Telefónica project at the Sabadell CGP, with experience using Telefónica applications such as Remedy, Logos, among others. My responsibilities include monitoring customer communications, diagnosing detected incidents, opening and tracking tickets with other departments, managing service activations and deactivations, equipment configuration, and configuring Cisco, Teldat, and Aruba routers and switches.

I am confident that I can perform any assigned task professionally. I consider myself an active, proactive, and well-organized person, with initiative and a strong ability to solve problems and work as part of a team. I am responsible in my work and have a high capacity to adapt to changing environments.
