I started as a human resources intern, a year later I was hired as an Human Resources Analyst in the area and as the years went by, thanks to my effort, dedication and good results, I was promoted to HR Coordinator, HR Manager, until finally reaching the position of Human Resources Director at Zurich Insurance. As HR Director, I have supported the Companies I have worked for to create their global recruitment strategy, make sure its policies and programs comply with labor laws and regulations, and build a company culture that’s in line with the organization’s values and objectives. In each role and each Company I have worked for, I have learned new things and I have developed the necessary capabilities to move to the next level.
